Persistent is seeking a Non‑IT Indirect Procurement professional to manage Admin, Facilities, HR, TA, L&D, Marketing and Infra procurement from Pune. The role demands hands‑on sourcing, vendor management, and strong negotiation with PO/contract coordination.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and compliant processes.

Qualificações

• 4–7 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Purchase‑to‑Pay functions.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement (or similar ERP).
• Understanding of end‑to‑end P2P process.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of contracts and vendor management.

Responsabilidades

• Execute purchase orders for non‑IT categories.
• Support vendor identification, RFQ/RFP, and bid evaluation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Manage vendor onboarding, invoices, payments, and PO‑related queries.
• Support contract renewals, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Maintain procurement MIS, spend data, PO status, and trackers.
• Track procurement KPIs and cost‑saving opportunities.

What You'll Do :

Expertise You'll Bring:
