Qualifications

• 9+ years of backend engineering experience with Node.js

Architecture Technical LeadershipLead the architecture and development of backend services using Node.js and GraphQL, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.Define API standards, schema design guidelines, and best practices for GraphQL queries, mutations, and resolvers.Drive technical decision-making, conduct design reviews, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and engineering standards.Cloud Engineering (AWS Azure)Design and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS and Azure services, focusing on reliability, security, and cost optimization.Establish deployment patterns and operational practices for cloud workloads, including monitoring, logging, and incident readiness.Ensure cloud governance adherence, including identity, access management, and secure configuration practices.Delivery CollaborationPartner with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and delivery plans.Mentor engineers, provide technical guidance, and support team execution through code reviews and engineering coaching.Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
