Job summary

Trigyn Technologies Limited. is seeking an experienced Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer to join our operations team in a 24x7 environment.

You will manage cloud infrastructure, deploy CI/CD pipelines, implement monitoring and alerting, and ensure uptime and reliability of production systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Jenkins (Groovy), Prometheus, Grafana, and OCI Monitoring, and is proficient in scripting (Shell, Python, Groovy).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in NOC, DevOps, or Cloud/System Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and troubleshooting in complex environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor infrastructure, applications, and services across multi-environment deployments.
• Deploy applications and infrastructure; troubleshoot to ensure high availability.
• Create and fine-tune alerting/monitoring systems to pre-empt incidents.
• Automate tasks using Ansible, Groovy scripting, and other scripting languages.
• Manage and troubleshoot Docker and Kubernetes-based containerized environments.
• Patch, configure, and update systems following security/compliance standards.
• Collaborate with development and support teams to ensure smooth delivery and operations.
• Maintain observability with OCI tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Provide operational support for PostgreSQL and MySQL databases.
• Maintain detailed incident logs and communicate/escalate as needed.
• Participate in rotational 24x7 shifts for global production support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Computer Science, hands‑on experience managing cloud infrastructure, setting up CI/CD pipelines, implementing monitoring and alerting systems, and maintaining uptime and reliability of production systems. This is a critical role in ensuring operational excellence in a 24x7 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor infrastructure, applications, and services across multi-environment deployments.
• Perform application and infrastructure deployments; troubleshoot issues and ensure high availability.
• Create, manage, and fine‑tune alerting and monitoring systems to proactively respond to incidents.
• Automate day‑to‑day tasks using tools like Ansible, Groovy, and scripting languages.
• Manage and troubleshoot Docker and Kubernetes‑based containerized environments.
• Handle system patching, configuration, and updates in line with security and compliance standards.
• Work closely with development and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and operations.
• Maintain observability using tools within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including Prometheus, Grafana, and other alerting tools.
• Provide operational support for PostgreSQL and MySQL databases.
• Maintain detailed logs of incidents, actions taken, and ensure timely communication/escalation.
• Participate in rotational 24x7 shifts to support production systems globally.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands‑on experience with:
  • o Docker, Kubernetes
  • o Ansible, Jenkins (with Groovy scripting)
  • o Monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, OCI Monitoring
• Proven experience with:
  • o Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or similar platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • o Managing and troubleshooting PostgreSQL and MySQL
  • o Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell, Python, Groovy, etc.)
• Sound understanding of CI/CD processes, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Solid Linux system administration skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to manage incidents under pressure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant hands‑on experience in NOC, DevOps, or Cloud/System Operations.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Self‑starter with the ability to work both independently and in a globally distributed team.
• Availability to work in a rotational shift (24x7), including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• OCI certification or equivalent certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with large‑scale, mission‑critical infrastructure and high‑traffic environments.
