- Perform new node upload/on boarding on NMS/EMS platforms.
- Validate node reachability, management connectivity, topology, and synchronization.
- Verify routing, interfaces, VLAN/VRF, loopback, and management parameters.
- Coordinate with field and transmission teams for end-to-end connectivity validation.
- Perform pre-check and post-check activities after node integration.
2. IP-MPLS Service Provisioning & Migration
- Plan and execute IP-MPLS service migration between existing and new nodes.
- Support L2VPN/L3VPN, Internet, enterprise, and other IP/MPLS service migrations.
- Prepare migration plans, implementation steps, rollback procedures, and service-impact assessments.
- Validate services before and after migration.
- Monitor network and services during migration windows and ensure successful restoration.
3. Site Shifting
- Plan and coordinate IP/MPLS site shifting activities.
- Prepare existing vs. new-site configuration and connectivity requirements.
- Coordinate node migration, IP addressing, routing, NMS on boarding, and service restoration.
- Perform post-shift validation of all connected services and network paths.
4. Card Addition & Capacity Expansion
- Plan and execute card addition and hardware capacity expansion activities.
- Validate required slots, cards, interfaces, optics, and configuration requirements.
- Coordinate with field/OEM teams for hardware installation and commissioning.
- Perform configuration, service mapping, and post-implementation testing.
- Update network inventory and NMS records after capacity expansion.
5. NMS Operations
- Perform node on boarding, node upload, deletion, modification, and inventory updates in NMS/EMS.
- Monitor node status, alarms, connectivity, performance, and service availability.
- Ensure accurate synchronization between network elements and NMS.
- Troubleshoot NMS-related communication, discovery, topology, and alarm issues.
- Maintain updated network topology, node inventory, service inventory, and configuration records.
6. Multi-Vendor Network Support
