Responsibilities

• Review customer drawings and specifications to assess product feasibility.
• Develop casting methods, gating and riser systems for new products.
• Coordinate pattern, core box, and tooling development activities.
• Plan and execute trial castings, sample approvals, and product validation.
• Prepare process documents, control plans, work instructions, and development reports.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Tool Room, and Purchase teams during product development.
• Analyze casting defects and implement corrective actions to achieve first-time-right development.
• Support customer interactions, technical discussions, and PPAP/sample submissions.
• Maintain NPD project timelines and ensure on-time product launches.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, cost, and productivity.
