Job summary

Schindler Group in Hyderabad, India is seeking a New Installation Manager (Manager/Sr. Manager) to lead supervisors, coordinate works, and drive safety, quality and efficiency in field installations.

You will promote and optimize activities, coach staff to meet objectives, analyze deviations, and ensure adherence to safety guidelines while delivering value to customers and supporting the company's growth in the evolving urban mobility sector.

Qualifications

• 12 years of overall experience in the industry with at least 3 years in E&E
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Diploma in Engineering relevant to mechanical/electrical/electronics
• Strong leadership, planning and people management skills

Responsibilities

• Promote, motivate and coordinate activities of the supervisors to meet business objectives including customer satisfaction, operational results and efficiency metrics.
• Coordinate development and execution of works, optimize work-groups, tools and means to meet objectives of activity, yield and quality.
• Control the application of safety and health guidelines.
• Actively manage, develop and coach staff to meet objectives with quality, productivity, efficiency and customer orientation.
• Analyze root causes for deviations, set up and follow up corrective actions.

New Installation Manager (Manager/ Sr. Manager)

Your Main Responsibilities

The Installation Manager creates operational added value through the management of supervisors to meet the branch targets.

• Promote, motivate and coordinate activities of the supervisors in order to meet Schindler business objectives including customer satisfaction, operational results and efficiency metrics.
• Coordinate the development and execution of works, optimize the work-groups, tools and means to meet the objectives of activity, yield and quality of the work.
• Control the application of the safety and health guidelines.
• Actively manage, develop and coach staff to meet objectives with quality, productivity, efficiency and customer orientation.
• Analyze root causes for deviations, set up and follow up corrective actions.

What You Bring

Expertise

Desired experience in similar industry (with preferred exposure to service and maintenance) for overall 12 years and preferably 3 years in E&E industry.

Knowledge and Skills

Desired E&E product knowledge, safety procedures knowledge, organization and planning skills, people management skills, customer oriented behavior, Schindler Leadership Framework behaviors required.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics)
