Job summary

Green Evolve in Delhi-NCR is seeking a Manager Technical Training & Skill Transformation to develop and implement technical training programs for dealership technicians, fleet mechanics, and field service teams.

You will design modules on EV safety, diagnostics, wiring, battery maintenance, and troubleshooting, and build certification frameworks to ensure ongoing competency across regional workshops.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Automobile, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering.
• 46 years of experience in automotive technical training.
• Strong knowledge of EV powertrains and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience in dealership/workshop training preferred.
• Strong presentation and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical training programs for EV service teams.
• Design training modules covering EV safety, diagnostics, wiring, battery maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Train technicians on high-voltage safety and LOTO procedures.
• Develop certification and skill assessment frameworks.
• Maintain a certification matrix for regional technicians and workshop teams.
• Conduct classroom, practical, and hands-on technical training.
• Develop digital learning content, video modules, and virtual training programs.
• Assess technician skill levels and identify training gaps.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with EV safety and tool-handling procedures.
• Coordinate with service and technical teams to continuously improve training content.
