Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. seeks an experienced training professional to deliver programs for service and sales teams across geographies.

You will coordinate with engineering, publications, central technical support, quality and sales - service functions to ensure effective learning outcomes. You will assess skill needs, manage the LMS, and analyze training effectiveness, contributing to continuous improvement and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

Degree Engineer with 13–15 years of experience in a similar profile or in service.
