Job summary

Mphasis in Hyderabad/Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Voice Networking / Unified Communications Engineer to provide L2/L3 operational support for enterprise voice and collaboration infrastructure across sites. You will focus on voice infrastructure administration, production support, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and maintaining high availability.

Required hands-on experience with Cisco CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, Ribbon SBC and Ribbon PSX, and SIP-based voice communication.

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Voice Networking / Unified Communications Engineer to provide L2/L3 operational support for enterprise voice and collaboration infrastructure.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Cisco CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, Ribbon SBC and Ribbon PSX, along with good knowledge of SIP-based voice communication.

The role will focus on voice infrastructure administration, production support, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and maintaining high availability of the enterprise telephony environment.

Preferred candidates should have hands-on experience with:

• Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
• Cisco Unity Connection
• Ribbon Session Border Controller (SBC)
• Ribbon PSX
• Voice infrastructure operations, troubleshooting, and incident management
