Job summary

Trigent Software in Pune, India is seeking a Cisco Voice Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration technologies to join our IT infrastructure team.

You will administer CUCM, Unity Connection, and CUBE, manage SIP trunks, IP phones, call flows, on-call support, and participate in ITIL processes while coordinating with carriers and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) technologies.

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Cisco CUCM, Unity Connection and CUBE.
• Handle MACD activities, IP Phones, SIP Trunks, routing and call flows.
• Troubleshoot voice and call-routing issues using RTMT, CDR, DNA and traces.
• Support PSTN connectivity, voice gateways and SIP infrastructure.
• Manage incidents, problems and changes as per ITIL processes.
• Support CUCM upgrades, migrations, patching and health checks.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors and internal infrastructure teams.
• Participate in on-call and major incident support.
