Qualifications

• Highly skilled in maintaining connectivity of networks across data, voice, video, and wireless services.

Overview

We are seeking a Network Support Engineer to join our Network Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our organization’s network infrastructure, including monitoring performance, troubleshooting connectivity issues, configuring network devices, and providing support to end‑users.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and identify areas of improvement.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to network connectivity, performance, and devices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of network security policies and procedures to ensure the organization’s network security is robust and up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with other IT teams, including applications development and security teams, to ensure seamless integration of network infrastructure with other systems and applications.
• Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot Wi‑Fi and wired networks, including all active and passive components.
• Manage UTM devices and operations.
• Manage network firewalls and operations.
• Operate fw load balancer and fw log analyzer.
• Deploy and operate Active Directory services.
• Manage DC, ADC, DNS, proxy server, WSUS, FTP, print server, help desk server, deployment, management, and operation.
• Configure and manage L2/L3 switches, routers, Wi‑Fi controller, and associated devices.
• Arrange meetings and workshops to understand the solutions implemented.
• Inspect rack and mount physical devices, documenting positions with diagrams.
• Verify configuration of management settings and software updates (Version N‑1).
• Verify installed licenses.
• Verify VLANs, IP addresses, and interfaces.
• Test the network setup.

Requirements
