Job summary

Benison Technologies Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a network professional to ensure the network environment is available per SLA and business requirements. You will work hands-on with routing, VPNs, and firewalls to keep services up and performing.

You will manage BGP/OSPF/RIP, VPNs, VLANs, and use tools like Wireshark and tcpdump, applying Linux knowledge to optimize load balancing and link aggregation. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, RIP, and static routing.
• Experience with VPN technologies: IPsec, OpenVPN, SSL VPN, L2TP, GRE.
• Hands-on experience with firewall devices and vendors: Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, Sophos, OpenWRT.
• Proficient with network analysis tools: Wireshark, tcpdump.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of VLANs, STP, and related switching concepts.
• Knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G.

Responsibilities

• Ensure network environment availability per SLA and business requirements.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of routing, VPN, firewall, and switching issues.
• Monitor network performance and security using standard tools.
• Collaborate with teams to design and implement network solutions.
