• Good hands-on knowledge of FortiGate Firewall.
• Good knowledge of FortiManager.
• Good knowledge of FortiSwitch.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to resolve technical issues.
• Willingness to work in a support/operations environment.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with technical teams.
• CCNA certification mandatorily required.
• Fortinet NSE certification is an added advantage.
