Job summary

Medi Assist in Bangalore and Kochi is seeking a Team Leader / Assistant Manager Zonal Network Operations to oversee daily hospital network operations within the assigned zone and ensure service levels across the network.

You will act as the operational bridge between hospitals, the KAM team, and insurers to resolve real-time queries, tariff discrepancies, and portal issues, while coordinating with hospital TPA desks and conducting periodic site visits to empanelled hospitals.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in hospital operations, provider management or TPA desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first escalation line for hospitals and insurers on daily network access, tariff issues.
• Coordinate with hospital TPA desks to ensure adherence to tariffs and package rates.
• Assist the KAM in tracking zonal metrics and field queries.
• Conduct periodic site visits to empanelled hospitals to strengthen relationships.
