Job summary

Medi Assist in Ahmedabad invites an experienced Team Leader / Assistant Manager Zonal Network Operations to oversee hospital network operations in the assigned zone. You will coordinate with hospitals, the KAM team, and insurers to resolve real-time queries and tariff discrepancies.

Responsibilities include first-line escalation handling for daily network access, tariff application, and portal issues; coordinating with hospital TPA desks to ensure adherence to tariffs and package rates; and

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in hospital operations, provider management, or TPA desk operations.
• Location: Ahmedabad; oversee daily hospital network operations within the assigned zone.
• Act as the operational bridge between local hospitals, the KAM team, and the insurer to resolve real-time queries and tariff discrepancies.
• Coordinate with hospital TPA desks to ensure adherence to tariffs and package rates.
• Support KAM in tracking zonal metrics, field queries, and hospital grievance redressal.
• Conduct periodic site visits and empanelled hospital check-ins to maintain relationships.
