Job summary

Dian Technology Solutions in Kolkata is seeking a Senior Systems & Operations Engineer to drive advanced troubleshooting, cross-stack incident resolution, RCA reports, SOP/MOP generation, and vendor escalation across OSS and ITOM stacks.

Candidates should have 4–6 years in OSS/Network Management with strong Linux, SNMP, TCP/IP, and monitoring tool experience; familiarity with HP and OpenText stacks and third-party monitoring is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years experience in OSS/Network Management with hands-on knowledge and understanding of Fault Management, Event Correlation, Alarm Management, Network Inventory and Service Provisioning.
• Leading P1/P2 major incident bridges, delivering formal RCA reports, authoring SOPs/MOPs for L1 execution, OEM vendor ticket tracking, testing vendor patches/hotfixes.
• Proficiency in RHEL/Linux, SNMP, Syslog, TCP/IP, DNS, Oracle/SQL basics, REST/API, application monitoring and log analysis.
• Experience in 247 application health monitoring, incident handling, SOP/MOP execution and escalation management.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-stack incident resolution across OSS and ITOM environments.
• Lead P1/P2 bridge communications and coordinate RCA delivery.
• Develop and maintain SOPs/MOPs for L1 execution and vendor ticket tracking.
• Test and validate vendor patches/hotfixes and monitor patch impact.
