Job summary

Neev Group Of Companies in Mumbai, Maharashtra, is seeking an IT Operations Manager to oversee 16x6 IT service delivery. The role requires 7+ years in enterprise IT operations, a BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc, and ITIL v3/v4 Foundation or Managing Professional preferred.

You will manage shift rotations, governance, and client communications. You will drive incident, problem, change, and configuration management, ensure RCAs and permanent fixes, and align operations with Cisco standards and CSI.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily 16x6 operational delivery, ensuring shift overlap, coverage, and handovers.
• Act as the management escalation contact for critical incidents and SLA breach risks.
• Lead Problem Management workflows to ensure RCAs and permanent resolution of recurring issues.
• Drive operational alignment with Cisco standards, client compliance requirements, and CSI.
• Manage client communication, governance reviews, and team performance metrics.
