MediBuddy in Mumbai is seeking an Executive to onboard hospitals and clinics to the MediBuddy Network, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and drive daily onboarding targets. The role offers exposure to a fast-growing healthcare tech platform and room to grow.

You will visit hospitals daily, handle provider queries, negotiate terms, collect documents, and perform data entry in Google Sheets and internal portals while coordinating with teams to close tasks.

Network Team is the team which is responsible for managing the supply of the services provided to the customers and responsible for maintaining margins for the company.

Executive will be responsible for Onboarding Hospitals/clinics on Medibuddy Network , communication with Internal stakeholders, managing, coaching & driving daily onboarding target of the team.

This is an ideal role for someone looking to learn fast, create a footprint and grow with one of the largest, most innovative companies in the healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities

• Be on ground and visit Hospitals/Clinics everyday
• Handling Providers queries and questions and providing solutions by coordinating with internal teams
• Negotiating with providers and Collecting provider documents
• Doing data entry in excel/google sheets and on internal portals
• Coordinating with Internal teams to gather information and close tasks

Skills

• Undergraduate in any discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry Mandatory
• Good understanding of Google sheet/Excel
• Must have the aptitude to work in a fast-paced organization with active listening skills
• Ability to prioritize and negotiate
• Prior experience in customer service/ Partner support
• Must have the aptitude to work in a fast-paced organization with active listening, and reasoning skills.
• Must be comfortable working in field
• Prior experience of handling 10+ people
• Ability to prioritize and close tasks
