Velocitai Digital in Bengaluru is seeking an L1 Network Operations Engineer to handle day-to-day backbone network issues and provide Level 1 operational support, focusing on ticket resolution and incident handling.

The role involves L1 troubleshooting for node isolation, hardware and logical issues, monitoring ISIS and BGP, Cisco devices AG1-AG4 and TOR switches, fiber alarms, and coordinating timely resolutions using network monitoring tools.
