Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement and support complex network environments in Noida/Greater Noida. You will manage switching, routing and security technologies, and coordinate with vendors to ensure network reliability.

The role requires 4-10 years of hands-on experience with switching, firewall, routing and SD-WAN, plus strong incident handling. Rotational shifts apply; on-site work in Gr Noida is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Meraki Dashboard.
• Experience with Cisco ISE (NAC) and vulnerability remediation.
• Strong network and security troubleshooting skills.
• Experience managing client infrastructure using NMS tools.
• Ability to coordinate with third-party vendors for issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Switching: STP, SVI, VLAN, Trunking, EtherChannel, Switch Stacking, HSRP & VRRP, upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Firewall: Palo Alto, Firepower, Fortinet, FortiSASE, Check Point; NAT configs, VPN setup, firmware upgrades and troubleshooting; HA/failover; SD-WAN knowledge.
• Routing: BGP, EIGRP, Static Routing, DMVPN, IPsec; traffic failover; firmware upgrades and troubleshooting.

JD-

1- Switching:

STP, SVI, VLAN, Trunking, EtherChannel, Switch Stacking HSRP & VRRP Switch upgrades and troubleshooting

2- Firewall (Palo Alto, Firepower, Fortinet, FortiSASE, Check Point):

URL/IP/MAC whitelisting & blacklisting Policy creation, NAT configuration, VPN setup Firmware upgrades & troubleshooting Working knowledge of HA/failover Hands-on experience with SD-WAN

3- Routing:

BGP, EIGRP, Static Routing DMVPN, IPsec Traffic failover, firmware upgrades & troubleshooting

Other Skills:

• Proficient in managing networks via Meraki Dashboard
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ISE (NAC) Vulnerability assessment & remediation for network/security devices
• Network & security troubleshooting (port errors, duplex, VLAN, link status, flapping, utilization, packet drops, latency, etc.)
• Monitoring & managing client infrastructure using NMS tools
