Job summary

Innova Solutions in Hyderabad is seeking a Network Engineer with 6–9 years of IT experience to design, implement, and troubleshoot complex corporate networks. The role involves Cisco routing/switching, firewalls (Palo Alto, ASA/FTD), Meraki SD-WAN, F5 load balancers, and monitoring with SolarWinds, Splunk, and Azure Monitor.

You will work on on-premises and cloud-integrated infrastructure, handle incident management, and participate in NOC operations.

Qualifications

• Total IT experience 6–9 years.
• Minimum 3 years as an L2 NOC engineer or similar.
• Strong TCP/IP, DHCP, ARP knowledge.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and cloud monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Clients Monitoring Systems for On-premises entities like Servers, Network endpoints and other Infrastructure.
• Alerts and events Management via monitoring tools like Solar Winds, Cacti, Azure Monitor, SCOM, Cisco UCS, Control Up, Citrix Director, Tripwire, LogRhythm, Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Design, configure and manage LAN/WAN environments for optimal connectivity and performance.
• Administer DNS and DHCP services to ensure reliable IP resolution and management across the network.
• Configure and manage TCP/IP protocols to optimize communication and data transmission.
• Support end-client networks with incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
