Job summary

IFTAS - Indian Financial Technology & Allied Services seeks a Network Operations professional to support the Production Network Operations of INFINET and Internet Network. You will monitor health status, fix issues, and coordinate with providers to ensure timely resolutions.

The role requires familiarity with software-defined technologies, network monitoring tools, and the ability to manage incidents, perform DR drills, and maintain logs. A 24x7 rotational shift is expected.

Responsibilities

• 1) The candidate will be supporting the Production Network Operations of INFINET & Internet Network
• 2) Monitor, track, fix and report the health status of INFINET Network
• 3) Candidate must know the Software defined technologies.
• 4) Monitor and Manage the Network using Monitoring tool.
• 5) Raise ticket with provider and track the incidents till the resolution.
• 6) Timely updation of issues and status to all the required stakeholders.
• 7) Troubleshoot related to cable connections from PE-CE, FLT; BGP routing issues and issues related to route-map and prefix-list configurations.
• 8) Support DR-DRILL activities planned
• 9) Auto fail over testing
• 10) Take configuration back-up of devices
• 11) Assist and coordinate with Banks for Network Support requirements
• 12) Maintain required logs and tracker
• 13) Adhere to shift handover process.
• 10) Work in 24x7 rotational shifts, for supporting Network operations.
• 11) Develop and maintain related documentation.
