Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Pune invites an experienced Senior Network Engineer to lead design, deployment, and management of our enterprise network infrastructure. You will oversee LAN/WAN/WLAN and data center networks, ensuring reliability and security in a high-demand environment.

You will work on routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, VLANs), firewall and VPN solutions, WAN technologies, SD-WAN, cloud networking across AWS/Azure/GCP, and collaborate with global teams on

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years of enterprise network design and operations.
• Hands-on routing, switching, and data center network experience.
• Strong knowledge of firewall, VPN, WAN technologies, and QoS.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center networks.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, and VLANs.
• Manage network security solutions including Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and NAC.
• Perform network performance monitoring, capacity planning, and optimization.
• Handle incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure and cloud networking initiatives.
• Prepare network documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Support network transformation, migration, and modernization projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center networks.

• Experience with Data Center Networking technologies.
• Exposure to Cloud Networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of network monitoring and management tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
