The role emphasizes ensuring high availability of LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi, troubleshooting connectivity, documenting topology, and coordinating with vendors and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in network administration or network engineering.
• CCNA certification preferred; CCNP or Fortinet NSE certifications are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability of LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues within defined SLAs.
• Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, VPNs, routing protocols, and switching technologies.
• Implement and maintain network security policies, firewall rules, and access controls.
• Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and network documentation.
• Perform preventive maintenance and firmware/software upgrades on networking devices.
• Coordinate with OEM vendors and ISPs to resolve hardware and connectivity issues.
• Support server connectivity, Active Directory integration, and enterprise network services.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network topology, configurations, and changes.
• Participate in network implementation, migration, and infrastructure upgrade projects.
• Provide technical support to end users and collaborate with cross-functional IT teams.
