Job summary

ACT FIBERNET in Jaipur seeks an experienced Network Operations professional to oversee 99.99% uptime and ensure switches are maintained per norms, coordinating with cross functional teams for timely connectivity.

You will monitor NMS, analyze and resolve technical complaints within targets, maintain network databases, and provide feedback for service improvements while upholding safety and process adherence.

• Attend customer complaints on field and provide quality resolution within TAT.
• Provide timely resolution of technical complaints through analysis and troubleshooting.
• Monitor NMS and take action based on events.
• Analyze repeat complaints and implement corrective measures.
• 100% compliance on safety and cardinal rules.
• Responsible for process adherence.
• Provide structured feedback to management for permanent solutions.

• Investigate repeat issues and escalate for corrective measures.
• Uphold safety procedures and cardinal rules in all tasks.
• Follow defined processes and provide feedback for improvement.

• Analyze repeat complaints and ensure implementation of corrective measures through escalations if required
• 100% compliance on safety and cardinal rules
• Responsible for process adherence
• Provide structured feedback to management to provide permanent solutions to improve service level
