Job summary

ACT FIBERNET in Bengaluru is seeking a network technician to ensure 99.99% customer uptime by maintaining switches and supporting timely connectivity for cross-functional teams. You will maintain the network database and submit periodic reports to the reporting manager.

You will attend customer complaints on field and provide quality resolution within the defined TAT, monitor NMS, and escalate as needed. Compliance with safety rules and procedures is required, with feedback for permanent service

Qualifications

• Field service experience with fault diagnosis and resolution.
• Knowledge of network devices and switches.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and document actions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure support for timely connectivity for all the cross functional teams
• Maintain the network database and submit the required report to the reporting manager on regular intervals

• Attend customer complaints on field and give quality resolution within the TAT 6. Provide timely

resolution of technical complaints through analysis/ trouble shooting 7. Monitor NMS through relevant application and take appropriate action based on the events 8. Analyze repeat complaints and ensure implementation of corrective measures through escalations if required
