Job summary

Microland in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India, is seeking a junior network support engineer to assist with basic network setup, device configuration, and troubleshooting under the guidance of a senior engineer.

The role involves monitoring basic security events, supporting user access management, and helping enforce standard security policies under supervision.

You will also assist in wireless and VoIP setup, including access point configuration and resolving common WLAN and call connectivity issues.

Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to Cisco Routing & Switching technologies.
• Understanding of network security basics and access control policies.
• Familiarity with wireless LAN concepts and AP configurations.
• Exposure to VoIP setup and call connectivity basics.

Responsibilities
