Job summary

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of network management experience with Fortinet and Juniper devices, and holds IT/CS education with relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science is required or preferred.
• IT/network certifications such as JNCIP or CCNP are encouraged.
• 4–7 years of network management experience and L3 exposure are expected.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Handle L2/L3 network issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Monitor network performance and perform daily checks.
• Implement network security best practices.
• Perform changes, upgrades, and migrations per policy.
• Coordinate with teams for issue resolution and new implementations.
• Maintain topology diagrams, configurations, SCDs, and SOPs.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer L3 to design, implement, manage, and support enterprise network infrastructure. The role will involve network troubleshooting, security, upgrades, migrations, and coordination with internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure.


• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls.


• Handle L2/L3 network issues and perform root cause analysis.


• Monitor network performance and maintain daily network checks.


• Implement network security best practices.


• Perform network changes, upgrades, and migrations as per company policies.


• Coordinate with internal and external teams for issue resolution and new implementations.


• Maintain network documentation, including topology diagrams, configurations, SCDs, and SOPs.


• Provide extended support during critical issues and downtime activities.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT or Computer Science.


• IT/network-related certifications such as JNCIP or CCNP are preferred.

Required Experience

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in network management.


• Experience working as an L3 Network Engineer in a similar organization.


• Strong experience in firewall management, particularly Fortinet and Juniper.

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with routers and switches.


• Hands-on experience with FortiGate firewalls.


• Experience with Juniper firewalls and switches.


• Strong knowledge of L2/L3 networking, including VPN, SD-WAN, VLAN, BGP, etc.


• Strong network troubleshooting and incident-resolution skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with data center or enterprise-scale networks.


• Experience with load balancers.


• Experience with WAF (Web Application Firewall).


• Experience with other network security devices.
