The role focuses on resolving complex authentication and policy issues, maintaining NAC configurations, and ensuring high availability across data centers.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 NAC support for Aruba ClearPass NAC.
• Troubleshoot 802.1X, RADIUS/TACACS+ authentication issues.
• Configure, tune, patch and upgrade NAC solutions.
• Support HA and DC/DR environments.
• Handle security audits and RBI compliance.
• Prepare RCA, uptime and preventive maintenance reports.
• Guide and mentor L1 engineers.
