Job summary

Tata Communications is seeking an experienced Aruba NAC & Wireless L3 Engineer to design, deploy, and support enterprise NAC and wireless solutions. The role covers L3 escalations, complex troubleshooting, and integration with AD, PKI, and MDM.

Location is Pune with 7-10+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will lead deployment, performance optimization, and ITIL-aligned incident management while ensuring secure, scalable wireless infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience with Aruba NAC and wireless solutions in large enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Aruba ClearPass, Mobility Controllers/Conductor, and Aruba Central.
• Familiarity with authentication protocols and enterprise security.
• Ability to troubleshoot L3 escalations and perform RCA.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and troubleshoot Aruba NAC and Wireless solutions.
• Manage Aruba WLAN infrastructure and performance optimization.
• Integrate ClearPass with AD, PKI, MDM, and network environments.
• Provide L3 support, incident resolution, and technical documentation.
• Support ITIL-based Incident, Change, and Problem Management.

We are seeking an experienced Aruba NAC & Wireless L3 Engineer with strong expertise in Aruba ClearPass, Mobility Controllers/Conductor, and Aruba Central. The role involves designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise NAC and wireless solutions, along with handling L3 escalations and complex troubleshooting.
