7Med India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant/Cluster Manager - Operations to oversee day-to-day operations across dialysis centers and hospitals. You will drive performance, patient satisfaction and compliance while coordinating with clinical and finance teams on billing and reporting.

The role involves equipment maintenance, training leadership, and expanding operations across multiple regions, with a focus on quality patient care and efficient service delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations across centers in your cluster, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Drive performance, compliance and patient satisfaction across your region.
• Support clinical quality, protocols and operational excellence across our centers.
• Work with clinical teams to ensure consistent, high-standard patient care.
• Handle patient billing, insurance documentation and claims processing accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with clinical and finance teams for smooth, transparent billing.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot dialysis and other medical equipment across our facilities.
• Ensure equipment uptime, safety compliance and timely preventive maintenance.
• Lead our training academy, shaping curriculum, partnerships and category strategy.
• Drive academy growth through industry-recognized training programs.
• Manage financial reporting, audits, compliance and statutory filings for the organization.
• Partner with leadership on financial planning and internal controls.
• Create engaging content across web, social and print to build our healthcare brand.
• Write patient-facing material, marketing copy and internal communications with clarity and care.
• Operate and monitor dialysis machines to deliver safe, high-quality treatment to patients.
• Maintain equipment and follow clinical protocols throughout every session.
• Lead the billing function across centers, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely collections.
• Build and mentor a billing team while streamlining processes across locations.
• Lead dialysis sessions with advanced technical expertise and mentor junior technicians.
• Ensure strict adherence to clinical protocols and equipment standards.
• Drive expansion across Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Punjab, Rajasthan and Kolkata by identifying new partnerships and growth opportunities.
• Own the full business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Manage network infrastructure and endpoint devices across our multi-site organization. Provide timely IT support to keep every location running smoothly.

Provide round-the-clock medical care and manage patient treatment on shift. Coordinate with specialists to ensure smooth clinical operations.
