Job summary

Ninjacart is seeking a candidate for a Supply Chain Operations role in Bengaluru. You will lead real-time monitoring and coordinate across Logistics and Warehouse Operations to maintain top KPIs and prevent disruptions.

You will collaborate with Tech, Product and other stakeholders, escalate critical issues, and drive process improvements while adapting to a fast-paced work environment and night shifts in a 6-day week schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 0-4 years experience in supply chain management roles.
• Good structured spoken and written communication skills required for collaboration with stakeholders.
• Analytical with basic excel/google sheets proficiency. ERP experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in fast-paced unstructured environments and make quick decisions.
• Night shifts (9-10 hour shifts) with a 6-day work week

Responsibilities

• Lead real-time monitoring and coordination of supply chain operations across Logistics and Warehouse Operations.
• Track critical supply chain KPIs in the areas of Logistics, Warehouse Ops, Process Violations, Inventory and Distributor/Customer Receivables (Cash collection) and ensure highest levels of metrics are maintained.
• Drive proactive issue resolution with Tech, Product and other Business Stakeholders to minimize disruption to Operations and support high customer service levels.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for critical operational risks and decision-making, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and update accurate reports, and timely elevate issues to concerned stakeholders to aid in quick resolution and decision making.
• Drive continuous process improvements and contribute to knowledge and team capability building.
