Role Overview: The National Placement Head will lead and drive Anudip Foundation’s placement strategy at a national level, with a focus on scaling employment outcomes for over 100,000 beneficiaries annually. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in corporate partnerships, workforce development, and large‑scale placement operations across sectors such as IT/ITES, BFSI, E-commerce, and emerging digital industries including Java, Python, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Data Annotation, Digital Marketing, UI/UX Design, Customer Support, and GCC roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement national‑level placement strategies aligned with organizational goals, drive annual placement targets exceeding 100,000 beneficiaries, and identify emerging industry trends to adjust training‑to‑placement pathways in digital, technology, and STEM domains (Java, Python, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Data Annotation, Digital Marketing, UI/UX Design, Customer Support, GCC roles).
- Corporate Partnerships & Networking: Build and manage strategic partnerships with leading corporates across IT/ITES, BFSI, E-commerce, and other sectors; position Anudip Foundation as a preferred recruitment partner; establish long‑term engagement models with key employers.
- Placement Operations Management: Oversee end‑to‑end placement lifecycle including employer engagement, candidate matching, interviews, and onboarding; ensure high placement conversion rates and employer satisfaction; standardize and implement SOPs; lead and manage a large geographically distributed placement team across India.
- Internal Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Academic, Content, and Operations teams to align training programs with industry requirements, provide feedback loops to improve curriculum based on employer needs, especially in emerging technologies and STEM learning areas; ensure seamless coordination across regional teams for placement delivery.
- Planning & Performance Management: Develop and monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly placement plans, track KPIs, metrics, and outcomes to ensure target achievement, drive data‑driven decision‑making and reporting mechanisms.
- Compliance & Process Excellence: Ensure adherence to organizational SOPs and placement guidelines, maintain high standards of documentation, reporting, and governance.
Key Requirements
- Educational Qualification: MBA / Postgraduate degree, B.Tech / M.Tech or equivalent in any discipline.
- Experience: 16-20 years of experience in corporate partnerships, business development, and large‑scale placement operations; proven track record in managing national‑level placement programs or talent acquisition initiatives.
- Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of current technological trends, emerging job roles, and business environments; good knowledge of emerging technologies and STEM learning ecosystems; excellent strategic thinking and execution capabilities; proven experience in managing large, multi‑location teams; exceptional networking and stakeholder management skills; strong leadership and people management abilities; data‑driven approach with strong analytical skills; excellent communication and negotiation skills.
