Job summary

T&m is seeking an experienced MV/LV/MEP Site Engineer / Supervisor to supervise and execute electrical and MEP works at project sites in Bharuch, Vapi and Anand. The role encompasses site supervision, workforce coordination, installation activities, material planning, inspections, testing, pre-commissioning, and quality checks.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on MV/LV electrical installation and site execution experience, exposure to MEP systems, and strong coordination with contractors

Qualifications

• We need hands-on MV/LV electrical installation and site execution.
• Experience supervising electrical works, MEP coordination and QA/QC.
• Experience with project scheduling, material planning, and handover.
• Willing to work at Bharuch, Vapi, or Anand.

Responsibilities

• Supervise MV/LV and MEP installation works per drawings and schedules.
• Install electrical equipment, panels, cables, trays; lighting systems.
• Handle cable laying, glanding, termination, tagging, testing.
• Coordinate HVAC, Fire Detection & Alarm, Earthing, Lightning Protection.
• Deploy electricians and subcontractor workforce as required.
• Monitor daily installation activities to meet targets.
• Ensure availability of materials, tools, and manpower.
• Coordinate with contractors, QA/QC, safety teams.
• Assist in inspections, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning.
• Raise and close out RFIs/inspections and site snags.
• Maintain daily progress reports and records.
• Ensure quality per drawings and standards.
• Identify site issues and coordinate for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and site procedures.
• Support Engineers to achieve targets.

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced MV/LV/MEP professionals to supervise and execute electrical and MEP works at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, workforce coordination, installation activities, material planning, inspections, testing, pre-commissioning, quality checks, and progress monitoring.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MV/LV electrical installation and site execution, along with exposure to MEP systems and coordination with contractors and work crews.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute MV/LV and MEP installation works as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
• Supervise installation of electrical equipment, panels, cables, cable trays, lighting/illumination systems, and associated electrical infrastructure.
• Handle/supervise cable laying, cable dressing, glanding, termination, tagging, and testing activities.
• Coordinate and supervise works related to HVAC, Fire Detection & Alarm Systems, Earthing, Lightning Protection, Access Control, PIDS, PHE, and other MEP/ELV systems.
• Deploy and supervise electricians, technicians, helpers, and subcontractor workforces as per daily work requirements.
• Monitor daily installation activities and ensure planned productivity and project targets are achieved.
• Ensure availability of required materials, tools, tackles, equipment, and manpower before commencement of activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, QA/QC teams, safety teams, and other MEP disciplines.
• Assist in site inspections, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and system handover activities.
• Raise, follow up, and support closure of RFI/inspection requests, observations, and site snags.
• Carry out quantity verification and maintain records of completed works for progress monitoring.
• Ensure installation quality is in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, methodologies, and applicable standards.
• Maintain daily progress reports including manpower deployment, work completed, material requirements, testing status, and site constraints.
• Identify site issues/constraints and coordinate with Engineers and concerned teams for timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with HSE/safety requirements, approved work procedures, and site regulations.
• Support Engineers in achieving planned construction, testing, commissioning, and project completion targets.

Eligibility

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering

• Candidates should have hands-on experience in electrical installation, supervision, site execution, testing/pre-commissioning, and contractor/workforce coordination.
• Candidates willing to work at Bharuch, Vapi, or Anand are preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, site-management, and problem-solving skills.
