Job Description – DM- Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily mutual fund operations and ensure timely processing of transactions.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry regulations (such as SEC rules) and ensure mutual fund operations comply with all relevant legal requirements.
• Manage in-house processing of KYC under CAMS and CVL KRA platforms. Implement SEBI regulations and ensure compliance within the organization.
• Monitor and reconcile fund flows, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in settlements.
• Oversee compliance and regulatory processes.
• Monitor the end-to-end transaction journey, including both commercial and non-commercial processes.
• Optimize processes by providing product inputs and simplifying operational activities through interactions with external vendors (RTA, AMCs, Payment Aggregators).
• Handle fund activations, scheme master updating, regulatory circulars, purchases, redemptions, SIPs, portfolio analysis, statement analysis, and NAV checks.
• Prepare SOPs.
• Work on transaction reporting across platforms, including BSE Star, API, and manual reporting (channel transactions).
