Qualifications

• Technical skills: proficiency with mutual fund execution and RTA platforms such as CAMS and KFintech, plus MS-Office.
• Knowledge: thorough understanding of financial regulations, mutual fund structures, and financial markets.
• Soft skills: strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication abilities, and ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Daily operations: Processing transactions online/offline such as account openings, purchases, redemptions, and SIP/STP/SWP.
• Compliance and reporting: ensure activities comply with SEBI regulations and prepare regulatory reports + monthly MIS & brokerage details.
• Reconciliation: perform trade confirmations and reconciliations and maintain records for MF AUM, transactions & brokerage recon monthly.
• Query Handling: handle customer or NP queries and send monthly reports.
• Coordination: liaise with MF managers, MF Ops Desk, network partners, branches and IT/compliance teams.
• Process improvement: drive digital adoption, streamline processes and automation.
• Team leadership: lead and mentor the operations team for more senior roles.

Key responsibilities

• Daily operations: Processing transactions Online / Offline such as account opening, purchases, redemptions, and Systematic Investment/Transfer/Withdrawal Plans (SIP/STP/SWP) plus other Financial/ Non-Financial client Request.
• Compliance and reporting: Ensuring all activities comply with regulations (e.g., SEBI regulations, KYC, FATCA/CRS) and preparing regulatory reports plus Monthly Business MIS & brokerage details.
• Reconciliation: Performing trade confirmations and reconciliations and maintaining accurate records for MF AUM, transactions & Brokerage Recon on monthly basis.
• Query Handling: Handling customer or NP queries and sending Monthly Reports.
