Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Mutual Fund Operations Executive/Manager to oversee end-to-end mutual fund transactions in Demat and physical modes.

The role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance, handling processing, reconciliation, and client coordination. Key responsibilities include transaction processing, reconciliation, and documentation, with emphasis on SEBI/AMFI guidelines and KYC checks.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• 14 years of experience in mutual fund operations, back-office, or wealth management.
• Knowledge of mutual fund products, SIPs, redemptions, and regulatory compliance.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and process-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and operations software; familiarity with Investwell, BSE Star MF, CAMS, Karvy, or MF Utilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process mutual fund applications, redemptions, switches, and SIP registrations.
• Reconcile client accounts, transactions, and fund units with AMC statements.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Verify KYC, PAN, and other regulatory documents for each transaction.
• Liaise with AMCs, registrars, and transfer agents for smooth processing.
• Address client queries related to transactions, account statements, and NAV.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior management when needed.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.

Mutual Fund Operations Executive / Manager

Job Summary:

The Mutual Fund Operations Executive will manage end-to-end operations of mutual fund transactions in both Demat and physical modes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory guidelines. The role includes processing transactions, reconciling accounts, coordinating with AMCs, and maintaining client and regulatory records.---

Key Responsibilities:

1. Transaction Processing

• Process mutual fund applications, redemptions, switches, and SIP registrations.
• Ensure all transactions are accurately entered in the system.
• Follow up with clients or distributors for missing or incomplete documents.

2. Reconciliation & Reporting

• Reconcile client accounts, transactions, and fund units with AMC statements.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Maintain records of pending and completed transactions.

3. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure adherence to SEBI, AMFI, and internal compliance policies.
• Verify KYC, PAN, and other regulatory documents for each transaction.
• Prepare records and reports for audits and regulatory inspections.

4. Client & AMC Coordination

• Liaise with AMCs, registrars, and transfer agents for smooth processing.
• Address client queries related to transactions, account statements, and NAV.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior management when needed.

5. System & Process Management

• Maintain accurate MIS of all operations activities.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
• Support implementation of new systems or automation for efficiency.
