Mutual Fund Operations team handles all MF Ops activities in coordination with Product, Tech, AMC, RTA, Exchange, and Customer Support agents.

About the Role

Team Lead / Sr Executive will manage Mutual Fund Operations activities and act as the SPOC for MF Ops processes.

The role involves handling daily reconciliation activities and working closely with Product, Tech, BSE Star Exchange, AMC, RTA, and Customer Support teams to resolve reconciliation issues and customer complaints within defined TAT.

Expectations / Requirements

Mutual Fund Operations Expertise

• Strong understanding of Mutual Fund Operations processes
• Experience with BSE Star portal for handling MF transactions
• Ability to perform daily reconciliation activities

Customer & Interdepartmental Communication

• Ability to resolve customer queries within defined TAT
• Strong coordination skills with Product, PG, and internal teams
• Good communication and analytical skills

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Working knowledge of SQL and Excel
