Job summary

Third Bridge seeks a Night Shift Associate to connect US and European industry experts with clients, delivering insights across complex investment lifecycles.

You will onboard with day shift colleagues, work from 5:30 pm to 2:00 am IST, and support clients with premium after-hours service. The role offers a growth path into management within a few years and strong bonus potential.

Qualifications

Night Shift Associate

As a Night Shift Associate, you’ll be providing critical support to the sharpest minds. Operating from 5:30 pm to 2:00 am IST, you'll connect our clients with the most relevant experts based in Europe and the Americas, guiding them through complex investment lifecycles.

What You’ll Do

As a night shift team member, you’ll be at the heart of our business - finding, calling, and engaging US and European industry experts to deliver the insights our clients need, enabling us to provide the round‑clock premium service our clients rely upon. To ensure the full team is trained up to the same standards, the first few months of onboarding will involve in‑office training with your day shift counterparts.

Day to Day, You’ll:

• This is a hybrid role working US hours, with up to 3 days in‑office and shift timings of 5:00 pm to 2:00 am.
