Job summary

Third Bridge is hiring for an Associate in a high-energy, commercial role. If you’re competitive, a confident communicator on the phone and in person, this could be your next move.

You’ll be at the heart of our business—finding, calling, and engaging industry experts to deliver client insights under tight deadlines.

Day to day you’ll own projects end-to-end, cold call experts, manage multiple clients, learn fast, cross-sell services, and pursue rapid career progression.

Qualifications

• Business fluency in English (written and oral - Level C1 and above).
• Intellectually strong, ambitious with leadership or extracurricular experience and grit from internships or work.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree with strong academics or extensive client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end, understanding client needs and scheduling high-calibre expert calls.
• Cold call and engage experts across industries, overcoming objections and gaining buy-in.
• Work quickly, managing multiple projects and clients at once.
• Learn fast and gain broad knowledge of markets, business models, and regulations.
• Cross-sell Third Bridge services including content library, surveys, advisory, and 1-1 calls.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be at the heart of our business - finding, calling, and engaging industry experts to deliver the insights our clients need, often under extremely tight deadlines. Expect to spend much of your day on the phone, persuading specialists to share their expertise and securing their time for client calls.

Qualifications
