Overview
Community Operations Coordinator (UK and US Hours) role at Third Bridge Group Limited. Third Bridge is a market-leading investment research firm providing integrated solutions for investors and business leaders, with a global expert network and 24/7 coverage through a distributed team.
Responsibilities
- Persuade relevant individuals to take part in a consultation with our client and negotiate terms
- Manage the logistics of consultations throughout their life-cycle, including scheduling, contracts, compliance requirements, transcription, transcript publishing, payment, and related tasks
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing Third Bridge industry contacts
- Work in a fast-paced environment on multiple requests with tight timelines across various industries and geographies; be excited by a hands-on, high-performing, results-oriented role
- Think on your feet and adapt your communication style when speaking to people across industries and levels
- Collaborate with teammates locally and internationally when executing projects across time zones
Qualifications
- Strong academic credentials and/or experience in a customer-focused role
- Ability to thrive in a hands-on, high-performing role with a focus on results
- Change facilitator with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
- High attention to detail to adhere to our compliance framework and quality standards
- Drive to go above and beyond for clients to exceed expectations

Working Hours
This is a completely remote role - Monday to Friday workdays. Two permanent shift timings:
- US Hours: 6:30pm to 3:30am IST
- UK Hours: 1:30pm to 10:30pm IST (BST during Daylight Saving Time)
Compensation
Third Bridge Group Limited provided pay range. This range is provided by Third Bridge Group Limited. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
