Job Description

As a Night Shift Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our clients’ success, providing critical support to the sharpest minds. Operating from 5:30 pm to 2:30 am IST, you’ll connect our clients with the most relevant experts based in Europe and the Americas, guiding them through complex investment lifecycles. This role is about proactively identifying needs and making a tangible difference. The projects can be complex, but the impact is meaningful—every day you will hear directly from clients, experts, and colleagues about the difference you have made.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients: Help investors access the expert insights they need to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Recruit experts: Spend your day on the phone with top industry executives to find the most relevant matches for your clients.
• Hone your sales and negotiation skills: Pitch our products, build relationships, and drive revenue growth.
• Solve complex problems on the fly: Understand clients’ projects and new markets rapidly to identify relevant experts in minutes.
• Develop a founder’s mindset: Innovate, adapt, and take ownership of your success.

Additional Information

Work Hours: 5:30 pm to 2:30 am IST, hybrid with up to 3 days in office. Private transport will be provided for end‑of‑shift travel; this is mandatory.
