Job summary

BHIVE Group is seeking a Multi-Skilled Technician to perform preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and civil works. You will inspect equipment, diagnose faults, and carry out repairs in Bengaluru.

You will coordinate with vendors, maintain records, and support installation and commissioning while upholding safety and energy efficiency in a dynamic coworking environment.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of facility equipment (electrical panels, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, fire systems, etc.).
• Diagnose issues and troubleshoot breakdowns across multiple technical trades.
• Carry out minor carpentry, painting, and civil repair works as required.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, energy efficiency, and operational standards.
• Support installation, commissioning, and replacement of building equipment.
• Respond to facility service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and report to the Facility Supervisor.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
• Keep tools, materials, and work areas in safe and organized condition.
