Job summary

Hi-Tech Radiators Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for a Management Trainee - Marketing at our Head Office in Maharashtra.

The role targets engineering graduates who hold an MBA and want a career in B2B industrial marketing, gaining exposure to global OEM customers, market research, business development and export marketing. You will work on market analysis, lead generation, CRM/MIS reporting and coordinate with multiple internal departments while supporting digital marketing and industry trade

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with MBA for B2B industrial marketing preferred.
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years’ experience in marketing encouraged to apply.
• Exposure to B2B, industrial or manufacturing marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral.
• Maintain trackers for inquiries, quotations, orders and lost business; produce MIS reports.
• Support domestic and international customer communication and coordinate with internal teams.
• Assist in lead generation, business development and export marketing activities.
• Support digital marketing, LinkedIn, website and industry portals.
• Assist in exhibitions and post-event follow-ups.
• Prepare techno-commercial documents and capability presentations for customers.

Qualification

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• MBA in Marketing, Operations or International Business
• Internship/exposure in B2B, industrial or manufacturing marketing will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify potential customer/market opportunities
• Prepare presentations, proposals, company profiles and marketing collateral
• Maintain inquiry, quotation, order and lost-business trackers and prepare periodic MIS reports
• Support domestic and international customer communication and coordinate with internal departments
• Assist in lead generation, business development and export marketing activities
• Support LinkedIn, website, digital marketing and industry portal activities
