Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a MSD CRM Technical consultant in India to configure, design, build and extend Dynamics 365 CE Apps across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service. The role requires 5–15 years of experience with strong C# .NET and Azure skills, plus experience in data migration and Power Platform components.

Mentor and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
Leverage Azure services and DevOps practices in solution delivery
Ensure data quality and migrate data where needed

Exp:5-15yrs

Location: PAN India

Able to configure, design, build and extend Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service
Good working knowledge of using Power Platform components
Able to integrate Dynamics 365 CE Apps with other systems
Good proficiency in core C# .Net, and Azure components like Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps etc
Sound functional knowledge of CRM business processes
Good written and spoken skills
Experience with data migration
Good to be Microsoft Certified: Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate
