Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Apps developer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience to configure, design, build and extend CRM apps across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service.

You will leverage Power Platform and .NET/C# expertise, integrate with other systems, migrate data, and work with Azure components such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, and DevOps to deliver robust CRM solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring, designing, building and extending Dynamics 365 CE Apps across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service.
• Strong working knowledge of Power Platform components.
• 2-3 years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CE Apps experience.
• Ability to integrate Dynamics 365 CE Apps with other systems.
• Proficiency in core .NET, C#, and Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, DevOps).
• Solid CRM business process knowledge.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Experience with data migration.
• Microsoft certification in Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate is preferred.
