Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services invites an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant to join our delivery teams in India. The role focuses on configuring, designing, building and extending Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps across Sales, Marketing, Service and Field Service.

You should have 4–8 years of hands-on experience, with Power Platform knowledge, D365 F&O implementation exposure, and ability to work with international clients for global templates and rollouts.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Experience in implementing D365 F&O project
• Certification in D365 F&O will be an advantage
• Experience in development of Global Template & Rollout; working with international client is an added advantage
