Job summary

TCS in Pune is seeking an experienced CRM Technical Developer to design, configure and extend Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service. You'll leverage Power Platform, C# .NET and Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, DevOps) and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

8–12 years of CRM development experience and strong written/spoken communication are required.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of CRM/CRM development experience.
• Proficient in Dynamics 365 CE Apps and Power Platform.
• Microsoft Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, design, build and extend Dynamics 365 CE Apps across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CE Apps with other systems.
• Strong knowledge of core C# .NET and Azure components: Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, DevOps.
• Timely delivery with good written and spoken communication.
• Experience with data migration.
