Job summary

Thyssenkrupp is seeking a Developer for Microsoft Dynamics CE to design and deliver customer-specific digital solutions. You will develop modules, plug-ins, and workflows within Dynamics 365 CE and extend CRM capabilities using C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and Power Platform tools.

You will collaborate with architects to implement APIs and integrations, configure entities and dashboards, and manage data migrations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) implementations.
• Strong development skills in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and web technologies (HTML/CSS).
• Proficiency in building and extending Dynamics 365 modules, custom plug-ins, and Power Platform solutions.
• Experience with Azure cloud services, data migration, and CRM-related integrations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for CRM deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Dynamics 365 CE solutions, modules, plug-ins, workflows and integrations.
• Configure and customize entities, forms, views, dashboards and business process flows.
• Develop APIs and integrations with ERP/CRM and third-party systems using Azure Integration Services.
• Troubleshoot performance issues, resolve system errors and support deployments.
• Create technical documentation in collaboration with the CRM architect.

Job description

As a Developer for the Microsoft Dynamics CE, you will design individual digital solutions for requested business scenario based on state-of-the-art technologies and actively support our project teams by developing customer-specific industry and software solutions. In addition, you will provide support-related consulting services for our customers.

Main asks and responsibilities:

1. Solution Design & Development

Work with the architect to do development of custom modules, plug-ins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).

Extend CRM functionality using C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) where required, in coordination with the architect

Develop and optimize APIs and integrations with ERP, CRM, and third-party systems using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).

2. System Customization & Configuration

Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows.

Implement security roles, business rules, and data management strategies.

Manage data migration activities

3. Performance & Support

Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, system errors, and integration failures.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.

Support the CRM architect on technical documentation

• Worked on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Applications, .Net and Azure Technologies
• Worked on latest version of Dynamics 365 - CE Modules – Sales and Marketing, Customer Service
• Strong knowledge in CRM OOB Customizations, Configurations, Plug-ins, designing Power Apps, working with Power Automate, Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps.
• Strong knowledge in Client-side scripting and working with developer and data migration tools.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for CRM solution deployments
