Job summary

Sopra Steria in Chennai (Siruseri) is seeking an experienced Application/Production Support specialist. The role requires 6–8 years of hands-on work with SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and ETL processes, and offers a hybrid working arrangement with UK shift timing.

You will handle L2/L3 production support, incident management, RCA, and SLA-based resolution, coordinating with business and IT teams, with on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience in SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Good to have: Experience in C#/.NET, ASP.NET, Web APIs, JDA, Azure DevOps or Git.
• Education: BE / B.Tech / ME / MTech / MCA.

Responsibilities

• Experience in developing, supporting, and optimizing SSIS packages and ETL processes.

• Monitor application and database health to ensure high availability and performance.
• Coordinate with business, development, and infrastructure teams for production support and deployments.
• Should be willing to work in on-call support and rotational support, as required.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
